CIT I
Early

CIT

This two-year
training session is geared to
the Senior Girl Scout who is
interested in developing
leadership skills. CIT- I’s
learn about communication,
outdoor skills, teaching
techniques and receive extensive
background training in Girl
Scout age level programs.
CIT-II is an
extension of the first year,
with the majority of your time
spent working directly with
younger girls. Develop your
skills in your area of interest,
whether it is as unit staff,
administrative staff, wrangler
or waterfront. CIT’s also plan
and implement many "all-camp"
activities. The culmination of
your second year will be putting
your skills to use developing
and conducting program
activities for younger campers.
Your training is
applicable to many careers that
you may wish to explore. This
program is designed for
completion in the summer before
high school graduation/18 years
of age.
CIT’s will also
have a break from camp June
28-July 2. Session limited to 16
CIT I’s and II’s combined.
